Corporate Women: Do You Love Mondays?

Do You Love Mondays?  OUCH!!

I had a call with my business partner the other day and she said passionately that she “LOVES MONDAYS“.   And I know that she does!

Do you?

If you are still in the corporate world, chances are that you have that sinking feeling in your gut on Sunday evening.   Then comes Monday.   If you are truly passionate about your work, maybe this does not happen to you.  I’ve also heard from business leaders that when you love what you do, you will not work a day in your life.   What that means is that your business or career does not come with dreading Monday and the 4 days that follow it.

You actually look forward to Monday morning and start out the week with vitality and a positive attitude.

If you are still reading this post at this point, I’m assuming that you are of the mindset that is not particularly fond of Monday morning.   There are options…there are ways to build your own business and make your own decisions about how you spend your time.

Don’t think so?  A powerful motivator for me is that I deserve to have the financial and time freedom that my own business affords me.   My children deserve to have an excellent education and drive safe cars.   Do you feel that too?

Can you visualize yourself finally taking small steady steps towards the business and life you’ve always wanted?

This may hurt:  Going it alone won’t get you there.

Working with a strong, powerful team of like minded leaders will greatly increase your chances of success.  A team in which we truly share our successes and struggles.   A team where there is no judging, but rather support.

How do I know?

I am part of such a team.  Would you like to learn more about it?   Go to the Work with Ann tab and lets get started!

  1. It’s a shame that so many people hate going to work… We personally love what we do, and enjoy the challenges of being productive. What you say is particularly true — that being part of a team and enjoying the people you work with and having positive motivators are an important part of being happy when you’re at work.

    • Yes, it is a shame… People dread Monday, of course, with “hump Wednesday” you know you are half way thru the week…then TGIF! Well…is any a way to spend your days/weeks?? I like that you mention positive motivators….how right you are! I also like what you are doing at http://inkwhy.com/ Keep up the great work you do there!
